Hi Everyone
Well I have had hardly any time to think let alone make jewellery. At the weekend I was in Worcester High Street with the Boffy Art Fair and was kept really busy. I was that busy on Saturday that I ran out of business cards and had to phone for some more from hubby who had to bring them in!
On Monday I picked up the remaining handmade bookmarks from a lady called Liz who belongs to a book club that had a meeting the previous week. Thanks Liz for selling so many bookmarks for me. I hope you and your friends enjoy using them!!!
Today I have been to Unity in Evesham to drop off the prom hair pins and some bracelets to include ones that men wear. They have gone down a storm and the girls from Unity have also given me some ideas for future designs. Surfer necklaces coming up!!!
I then quickly came home and made 3 more turquoise necklaces in readiness for the Spring Garden Show in Malvern before having to pick up my daughter to go to Birmingham Children’s Hospitol for a routine check on her heart. Her brother had dialated cardiomyopathy 4 years ago and she has to be checked every 18 months to see that she is ok as it is something that can run in the family. For those of you that know what DC is I am very lucky. My son made a full recovery and he is now 6 years old.
The people that work in the hospitol are fantastic but the hospitol itself is horrible and I hate going. Somebody get rid of the child’s voice in the lift telling you when you get to ground floor, level 1 or 2. She is so sad when she speaks and it always gives me the shivers.
Back to more cheerful things. Tomorrow I am meeting up with a mate of mine for chill time in the morning. I will then be coming back home and making more turquoise necklaces. They sold really well last year and I had none left. Knowing my luck I will be left with all of them this year.
On Friday I will be prepping for the weekend. I am again with the Boffy Art Fair but in Malvern High Street on Saturday and Bewdley on Sunday and Monday. If you are around please come and visit us as there are a few new artists and craft people that have joined us and their work is fantastic.
Well I’m off now – I should be putting the kids to bed and it is already 10 mins past their bedtime.

Hi everyone.
I thought I would let you all know that I am now going to be in Worcester High Street on Sunday as well as Saturday for the Boffy Art Fair. I love being at these fairs as it is like a big family. The creative talent is out of this world and I have to shut my eyes to stop from coming home with all the goodies that you can purchase.
Tonight has been spent sorting out what I am going to take. Tomorrow I will carry on making rings, more semi-precious turquoise necklaces, bookmarks, window charms and angel brooches.
If I get chance I will also make some sterling silver beadalon contemporary necklaces with the Swarovski Crystal. I have had the most fantastic pendants in teardrop, triangle and doughnuts arrive in colours that have hues of deep blue, sky blue and purple depending on how the light hits them. I am looking at these necklaces being my key pieces for the Spring Garden Show. That is if I haven’t already sold them!!!
Well time to get some beauty sleep. I am going to need it with the amount of art fairs I have got over the next 3 weeks. Mind you the makeup is what does the magic!! Ha Ha.

Hi Everyone
I have been asked by a customer to give more details about my prom jewellery. I am slowly getting there as most of my prom jewellery is at a wedding fair this weekend with one of my shops. However I thought I would just show you my wedding pins that I made recently. I hope you like.

and yes for all of you waiting for my Honeybee pendant I have made it and the Honeybee pendant will be on my site later today.

Hi Everyone
It is nearly the end of the school holidays and although I have loved having the kids at home I am itching to get back to making more jewellery. I have got my first Art Fair next Saturday in Worcester High Street and I always panic about having enough jewellery to suit everyone. God knows why – if you want and come and see me you will find that I have got more than enough of everything.
If I get chance today I have also got to design some more bookmarks. I have a bookclub that are very interested in my designs and they are holding their meeting next week. I have got some lovely fresh green freshwater pearls that will look fantastic mixed with tibetan silver and cream freshwater pearls.
Everyone are also loving my angel designed items so I will make some bookmarks with those as well mixed with faceted amethyst and rose quartz beads.
Another idea I have come up with but will have to see how it goes is some gold lampwork hearts that have got honeybees in antique silver attached to the middle. If it works I will post this later on my blog.
Well I better go now as the kids are getting restless and we need to go hunting for some filters for the fish tank and some more plants as the fish and the snails (the bain of my life in the fish tank) are eating the plants.

Hi Everyone
Well it has been a busy week for me. More so with children rather than jewellery!!!! I am all Easter-egged out!
However today I have managed to add to my Spring collection which will be taken to the Spring Garden Show in Malvern at the beginning of May. I am now dreaming, eating and designing semi-precious turquoise necklaces.
I was there last year and it was fantastic as the Boffy Art Fair was next to the designer gardens and all the arts and craft people were really busy. I hope the weather was as good it was last year as we had a mini heat wave.
Tomorrow I have a kid free day – yipeeee!!!! so I am visiting Ki Beauty in Worcester to re-vamp my display. They currently have all my display that I use for my art fairs so I have ordered some new display which will look fantastic in their shop. If you are wanting your nails revamped, a tan or a new you in beauty this is the place to go in Worcester.
Well back to designing and making turquoise necklaces!!!

Hi Everyone
Well its been a really busy week for me, hence not being able to do my blog.
I have been to 3 of my shops to exchange my jewellery. Every six weeks I change my jewellery in the shops/brasseries so that you can have the latest designs that are fresh and up-to-date.
Last week I visited Unity in Evesham which is a fantastic place to go to if you are wanting a completely new style in hair, beauty or nails. A big hello to everyone there and yes I am now designing bridal hair clips and making funky new men’s bracelets.
On the way back from Evesham I stopped off at Fusion Brasserie in Stoulton for my next swop over of jewellery. They have the most delicious food. Chef patron Felice Tocchini and his wife Fiorinda will give you a really warm welcome to their unique Restaurant and Bar if you get chance to visit them for yourselves.
Felice has been appointed as “celebrity chef” for Malvern Show Grounds shows and the cookery theatre will be called “Felice’s kitchen”. See him at the Spring Gardening, Three Counties and Autumn show. They are really excited and are working closely with the Malvern show ground team to bring 3 great shows! Felice is also working on a cookery book “with a difference” and if everything goes as planned it should be available in Autumn.
They have the most fantastic deal on at the moment. For lunch from Tuesday-Saturday you can buy one course at £5 and for each additional course it is £3.95. For dinner from Tuesday-Thursday you can choose from a choice of starters, main courses and desserts where two courses are £10 and a third course is £4.50.
On Saturday I visited Julie and Anne at The Emerald Grove in Malvern.
Julie and Anne have gone into partnership to open their funky new shop with arts and crafts wares with many of them being local with the rest being handcrafted in the UK. I met both Julie and Anne at Steve Boffy Art Fairs and wish them all the best with their new venture.
I am really excited for them so for all of you who live local to Malvern please support them as they are keeping the cottage industry alive by opening their own shop.
As soon as it is open I will giving you another blog with more details.
